Helping people take their next step with God.
We are real people, too. We get mad. We struggle. We don't understand a lot of things. We strive to be honest about our own lives and our faith, knowing that we will never become who God made us to be unless we are the same on Monday as we are on Sunday.
This is not all about us. We are not the center of the universe, nor are we even the most important part of it. We are just ordinary people who get to be a part of God’s plan to restore humanity—which means getting outside the walls of a building and getting messy with the grime and suffering of real life.
We are TV watchers, sports junkies, web surfers, and movie critics who believe in the message that God gave to his followers 2000 years ago. We believe that God calls us to connect that message to the world around us, so we actively engage culture and look for ways to take it to our friends, our families, and our world.
We believe that people are designed for relationships with one another—none of us was meant to be alone. The best kind of life happens in a loving community where people are willing to suffer and celebrate alongside one another.
